Has a student ever come into your class with an established Positive Behavior Plan in place? Have you ever had to fill out a chart in one of those Plans and wondered why? Would you be able to create a Positive Behavior Plan for one of your students? In this webinar, we are going to cover the importance of Positive Behavior Plans and the basics of how to create one. We’ll also discuss the importance of discretion, how to keep the student’s information private, and what the class should know. While all students can benefit from positive behavior plans, they can be particularly helpful for many special needs students. The specific examples used for illustration in this webinar will be for autistic children; however, the strategies and processes can be applied to any student.
